Trial Version — No Refund Applicable
The free trial version of Adyfire is provided at no charge and is not eligible for any refund. Refund terms apply only to paid subscription plans.
011. Trial Version
Adyfire offers a free trial version so you can evaluate the software before committing to a paid subscription. The trial version is provided at no cost and is therefore not eligible for any refund. No charges are made during the trial period. We encourage all users to fully explore the software during the trial before upgrading to a paid plan.
022. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for paid subscriptions must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment date. To be eligible, you must not have used the software extensively during the billing period (beyond initial setup and evaluation). Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
033. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable: trial version subscriptions (free tier), software subscription renewals after the 7-day window, one-time setup or onboarding fees, and any add-on features or modules purchased separately.
044. Software Issues & Defects
If you experience a technical defect or a critical feature is not functioning as described, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved and it materially impacts your use of the software, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
055. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team at the email address below with your account details, subscription plan, date of payment, and reason for the request. All requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
066. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
